Mother nature doesn't always provide a great sky for the camera, but  that's not a problem because  the sky can be replaced with a stock sky that does look great.  Ask about #SkyReplacement. As long as  permanent features  like  a neighboring building or phone/power lines are not removed, sky replacement is "legal".

For a great twilight shot, you have to wait for the light from the glowing sky to match the light from inside the house.  While you wait for the light to be just right, grab the garden hose to wet down the concrete. Combine with a steady tripod and a 15 second exposure and...Presto!
