Photo Rights and Usage
Under current US copyright laws, ownership of all photos belongs entirely to John Vincenti (“PHOTOGRAPHER”), dba: LA360.com.  Photographer retains all rights to photos taken of properties unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and only licenses the use of the images to the Listing Agent (“CLIENT”) of the property for marketing purposes while the listing is active.  This includes uploading to the MLS, and social media. All images produced for the Client may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client’s self promotion until the license expires. The photos may also be used by the Client’s brokerage for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.


For use of the images in any online or print publications (such as Curbed LA, LA Times Home of the Week, Pasadena Magazine, etc.)  I simply ask that you notify me of the desired uses for the photos and of course, provide me with the appropriate editorial credit (Photos by JOHN VINCENTI / LA360.com) when my images are used.


Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, other agents, architects, builders, stagers, designers, leasing agents, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Appointments
  • Locations beyond 20 miles from Los Angeles City Hall may be subject to a travel fee.
  • If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, a 24 hour notice is requested.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled fee.
  • Please note, that the entire shoot amount will be assessed if I arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property and/or the home not being ready for photos).
  • If circumstances which delay or cancel the shoot are beyond the Homeowner, Agent or Photographer's control, the job may be rescheduled without penalty.
Payment
  • Payment is due upon receipt of Paypal invoice, typically immediately following delivery of the photographs
  • Cash, check, credit card or Paypal is accepted
  • Cancellation Policy: If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give 24 hours notice. If the home is not ready for photography when the photographer arrives, the full price of the photo session is due.
  • Photo Delivery: Once the photos are shot, they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you via our web site within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions for downloading your photos.
  • Photo Rights and Usage: Photographer retains copyright to all photos. Photography sessions are not “Work for Hire.” All photos produced for the agent are licensed to that agent alone for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. No license is granted to any other parties. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
